Hope. That's what I have today.
This thing we are going through as a collective has been a lot like baptism by fire.
The one thing that has really helped to keep bringing myself back to myself and be grounded is teaching/coaching/facilitating. It's like a gentle reminder of who I am and what I am here for.
Finding ways back to the body to truly inhabit ourselves is as close to peace as any of us will truly ever get. IMO.

When my friends check in with me to see how I'm doing, it feels like a trick question. On one level I'm absolutely fine and on another I'm deeply uncomfortable. I haven't seen my partner in 3 months, freedom to travel is looking like a thing of the past and like many, moving forward with my life with so many unknowns is like trying to catch a slippery fish. What I do know is that keeping in my body helps me. I also know that all my embodiment tools help me from losing my shit.
